Starting August 22nd, 2023, we will no longer support Stripe as a payout option on our platform.
We understand your concern. We removed Stripe because it couldn’t handle the millions of collab sales that are such an essential part of our platform.
Buyers can now make purchases directly with credit cards and other payment methods without needing to create or connect to a PayPal account. Direct payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, and many more. For a full list of all eligible payment methods, please visit PayPal’s payment documentation here.
Additionally, the new PayPal integration can handle collaboration splits with PayPal and credit card transactions that have multiple sellers, ultimately improving collaboration sales - a feature that is not available on Stripe or any other direct to merchant marketplaces.
PayPal will continue to be available as the only fully supported payout method on our platform where you get to keep 100% of your sales. If you haven’t already linked your PayPal account, you can do so here.
If you are connecting a PayPal for the first time, please remember to check your PayPal account when you make a sale to see the funds reflected.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve our community of creators.
