How can I Use Promo Credits to Pay for a Campaign?

In this article you will learn how to use your available promote credits to pay for a campaign. 

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Visit the Promote page in your BeatStars Studio and follow this guide to set up a promotion.
    
2. From the checkout page, you will see your available balance in the top right corner of your page. Hover over the "?" icon to specifically see how many Promote Credits you have.
   
   
   
3. Promote credits will be used automatically and cannot be selected as a payment method. 
   
   
4. Make sure you have a backup payment method connected for any charges that exceed your Promote Credit balance. 
   
   
5. If this is your first time connecting this particular payment method with BeatStars, the system will charge that card for this promotion in order to validate it. 
   
   
6. Your Promote Credits will be used first automatically for any campaigns after that. 

Tips

1. If you change the currency of your subscription plan, it will affect your ability to use promo credits you received in your previous currency. 
   
   
2. Please ensure you've used all of your promo credits before changing the currency of your subscription. 
   
   
3. If you've received a gift card to redeem on BeatStars, you must ensure the currency of the gift card matches your currency for promotion in order to be able to use the gift card.
