How To Pre-set Your Track Metadata For Future Uploads (Studio)

Overview

In this article, you will learn how to pre-set all of your tracks' metadata for your future uploads using track preferences. Please see the instructions below.

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Log into your BeatStars Account.

  2. Navigate to the "My Content > Tracks" section of your Studio: https://studio.beatstars.com/content/tracks/uploaded 

  3. Click on the "Track Preferences" button near the top right of the page.

    If this is your first time setting your track preferences, click the "Set up preferences" button in the window that appears.

  4. In the "Default Metadata" section, you can pre-set all of your tracks' metadata for future uploads. Use the "Tags", "Genre", "Moods", "Instruments", "Description", "Track release", and "Track visibility" fields to pre-set the metadata for your future uploads as desired.

  5. You can use the "Voice tags" section to upload and edit your voice tags for your tracks.

  6. Use the "Pricing" section to choose which active licenses you want to enable for future uploads and set the prices.

  7. Click the "Save & Complete" button when finished.
