To change your subscription payment settings via our mobile app, please see the instructions below.
1. Log into your BeatStars account via the BeatStars app.
2. Next, click on the "Menu" button (see screenshot)
3. Then scroll down and click on the drop-down menu to the right of the "Account" option. (see screenshot)
4. Next, click on the drop-down menu to the right of the "Payment Accounts" option. (see screenshot)
5. Then click the "+" button and apply an accepted payment method. (see screenshot)
IMPORTANT: Please ensure all settings are accurate and set properly in order to avoid any potential billing issues. Also, please ensure to have sufficient funds in your source payment method account during the time of your recurring billing dates in order to avoid account suspension and automatic downgrades.
