What is a RIFF header error when uploading my file?

If you receive a RIFF header error when uploading your file, this suggests that your RIFF header is missing or there is another issue with your RIFF header.  Proper RIFF header formatting is required as not having a RIFF header can pose issues when importing your file into certain production software DAWs.

Correcting this error can usually be resolved by opening and re-saving the file using most standard WAV file editors or re-exporting the WAV file through most DAWs.  Please search your DAWs manual for specific instructions as this process can vary.  For more information regarding the purpose of RIFF header and how to properly incorporate it into your files, please search online as there are various forums on the subject.
