Promo balance is the amount of promo credits available to be used in BeatStars Promote. This balance cannot be withdrawn and can only be used to book promotion campaigns within BeatStars Promote.
These credits cannot be purchased and the only way some users have these are for promotional reasons or from our previous ad system.
