Pending Payment Problem

Hello there and happy new year to everyone, im facing a really Big problem with a payment shows "pending" on my Beatstars app and not on my desktop browser. Even though, neither on both mine and my client's Paypal accounts it doesn't show any transaction at all. My client hasn't received his money back and i didn't recieve any money. Please help me out as soon as possible. Also it would be perfect a live support chat. Thank you
