What are Promote Credits?

Promote Credits are credits that can be used to purchase ad campaigns through our Promote tool.

Growth Plan subscribers are issued $25 worth of Promote Credits every year, while Professional Plan subscribers are issued $50 worth of Promote Credits annually.

Where can I find my Promote Credit balance?

You can locate your Promote Credit balance in the BeatStars Finance section of your account under the Wallet tab.

How can I use my Promote Credits?

If you have Promote Credits in your BeatStars account, you can use them as your payment method while creating a new Promote campaign.

Can I use my Promote Credits without an active subscription?

Yes. If you have available Promote Credits, you can use them on a free plan without an active paid subscription.

This includes credits left over from finalized campaigns or credits from previous subscription benefits.

What happens to my unused Promote budget?

Anytime you’ve paid for a Promote campaign with actual money and your budget wasn’t fully used, those unused funds will be returned to your BeatStars Wallet in the form of Promote Credits.

For example, if you started a 2-day campaign with a budget of $10 per day, for a total of $20, and only $12 was spent over those 2 days, your BeatStars Wallet will be reimbursed $8 worth of Promote Credits within 24 hours of your campaign ending.

You can use those $8 worth of credits on any future Promote campaigns.
