Where Can I Find the Emails I've Collected from Sales and Free Downloads?

Overview:
After collecting an email address from a customer in exchange for a free download or from a sale, you will be able to find that email in your connected email marketing integration and within your BeatStars Studio Sales section. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not populating a customer list from free download, please ensure you have selected the correct exchange "emails" for Free Downloads option for your beats.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Log into your BeatStars account.
   
   
2. On the side menu within BeatStars Studio, click the Sales.
   
   
   

3.  Then, select the "Customers" tab.
   
   

4. Use the Platforms filter to choose where the email came from.

   • All Platforms

   • Marketplace

   • Pro Page

   • Players

   • Widgets
     
     
     

5. Use the Events filter to view the specific list you need.

   • Purchases - emails collected from paid orders

   • Downloads - emails collected from free downloads

   • Email List Signups - emails from your opt-in contact forms

   • Voloco - customers who created Voloco recordings of your beats
     

6. You can also export your Customer list by selecting "Export CSV", which will provide the list in a CSV format.
