How Do I Find My Voloco Customer List?

In this article, you will learn how to find your Voloco customer list within Studio.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This only applies to beats that currently have free downloads enabled and users who imported your beats within the Voloco App.

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Log into your BeatStars account.
   
   
2. On the side menu within BeatStars Studio, click the Sales.
   
   
   

3.  Then, select the "Customers" tab and change "Events" to "Voloco".
   
   

4. View the "Customer list" of Voloco members who created recordings of your tracks.
    

5. Click the three dots (⋯) next to the member to view their "Voloco profile".
   
   
   

6. You can also export your Voloco Customer list by selecting "Export CSV", which will provide the list in a CSV format.
