How Do I Bulk Attach Tracks To Contracts?

In this article, you will learn how to attach tracks to your contracts in bulk. This feature will save you time and make managing contracts for your catalogue more efficient.

Step-by-step Guide

1. Log into BeatStars Studio here.

2. Click "Contracts" directly from the side menu.

   

3. Next, edit the desired license by clicking the 3 dots on the right-hand side and then "Edit".

   Note

   You can also edit licenses by clicking on the name of the license.

   

4. Then click on the "Tracks" tab.

   

5. Next, you can filter your tracks between "Eligible" and "Non-eligible" by clicking the "Filter By" button and selecting your preference.

   Note

   Non-eligible will filter tracks that do not meet the file requirements of the contract.

   

6. You can select the tracks you would like to attach to the license by individually clicking the box on the left-hand side or "Select all X items" to select all.

   Note

   You can search for the desired tracks by using the search bar.

   

7. Once you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Publish" button at the bottom of the screen to apply the contract to all selected tracks.

   Important notes

   • This change may take some time to reflect, depending on the number of tracks you have attached to a contract.
   • You cannot make any further changes until your requested change has been applied.
