Overview
In this article, we will provide answers to frequently asked questions about Abandoned Cart transactions, which are listed below.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is an Abandoned Cart transaction?
An Abandoned Cart transaction indicates that a buyer added items to their shopping cart but did not successfully complete an attempted purchase.

Why is the transaction status Abandoned Cart?
In some scenarios, a purchase is simply not completed by the buyer. In other cases, there is an issue while checking out. These issues may include:

  • An error with the buyer's payment method
  • Fraud block by PayPal or the buyer's payment provider
  • Technical issues, such as a web browser's ad-blocker disrupting the completion of a payment
  • Unexpected costs, such as fees
  • Network connection issues while transacting

Can BeatStars change the status and help complete the purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot. Please allow us to clarify that BeatStars has no involvement in or control over the transaction process. Our role is to automatically send files once PayPal confirms successful transaction processing.

Can BeatStars cancel the purchase attempt?
Please kindly note that BeatStars does not function as a payment processor, so we cannot create, alter, approve, or remove any transaction; these functions are handled exclusively by PayPal. We cannot reverse or cancel a transaction from our side.

Will BeatStars issue a refund?
We truly apologize for any financial inconvenience caused. Since BeatStars has no involvement in or control over the transaction process, we are unable to issue any refunds for transactions involving beats, sound kits, services, albums, or any products offered from the producers on our platform.

How can I fix this issue for future transactions?
We suggest contacting PayPal Technical Support for assistance through this link. It is possible that the settings in your PayPal account need updating.

If you didn't use PayPal, you will need to contact your payment provider for further assistance. We also recommend exploring different payment methods, clearing your web browser's cookies and cache, or attempting this purchase using a different device/web browser.
