How do I Change my Username?

Overview

To change your username, please see the following instructions. Usernames will only update if available and not in use by another account. If the username is not available, the change will not take effect, unfortunately.

Step-by-step Guide

1. Log into your BeatStars account.

2. Visit the Credentials section of your 'Account Settings': https://www.beatstars.com/account/credentials/overview

3. Click the "Change username" option.

   

4. Enter your desired username in the "Username" field and confirm your password in the "Current Password" field.

5. Click the "Save changes" button when finished.
