Overview
In this article, you’ll learn how to access your orders and check their status.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Just so you know, only orders placed while logged into your account will appear in the my orders section, where you will see a BeatStars order reference number that starts BS, PRO or SND. Purchases made as a guest will not be displayed in the my orders section. If you completed your purchase as a guest, you will receive an order reference that starts with BSGUEST, PROGUEST or SNDGUEST. For information on how to locate and download a guest order file, please see the "Where can I find guest purchases and download my purchased content?" article in the related article section at the bottom of the page.
Step-by-step Guide:

Log in to your BeatStars account: https://www.beatstars.com/

Click on your profile image at the top right of the page.

Select "My Orders" from the drop-down menu, or click the following link: https://www.beatstars.com/your-orders

You will then be presented with a list of orders and their status, and at this stage, you can click the magnifying glass next to any of the orders themselves to view the receipt page.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that if you see any of the following statuses, the order has not completed, and you will be unable to download the file.
- Cancelled
- Pending
- Void

Abandoned Cart
5. Once you have clicked on the magnifying glass on the completed order, you will be taken to the receipt page, which will look like the example below:
If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you will then see the option to download your purchased content by clicking the relevant download button
