Where can I find my orders and download my purchased content?

This article applies to users who are logged into their account as:

  • Beat Buyers
  • Beat Sellers

 

Overview

In this article, you’ll learn how to access your orders and check their status.  

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

  • Only orders placed while logged into your account will appear in the my "orders section", where you will see a BeatStars order reference number that starts BS and PRO
  • Purchases made as a guest will not be displayed in the my orders section. If you completed your purchase as a guest, you will receive an order reference that starts with BSGUEST, PROGUEST or SND.

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Log in to your BeatStars account: https://www.beatstars.com/ 
     
  2. Click on your profile image at the top right of the page.
     
     
  3. Select "My Orders" from the drop-down menu, or click the following link: https://www.beatstars.com/your-orders

  4. You will then be presented with a list of orders and their status, and at this stage, you can click the magnifying glass next to any of the orders themselves to view the receipt page. 

     

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be aware that if you see any of the following statuses, the order has not completed, and you will be unable to download the file.

  • Cancelled
  • Pending
  • Void
  • Abandoned Cart

5. Once you have clicked on the magnifying glass on the completed order, you will be taken to the receipt page, which will look like the example below:


If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you will then see the option to download your purchased content by clicking the relevant download button.
