If we are unable to charge your source payment method on your billing date, you will have a short 10-day grace period to resolve any issues with your source payment method. Please note that changing your payment method during this 10-day grace period may not work and you may need to resolve any potential issues with your original source payment method in order to renew your subscription.
If you have any questions regarding why your payment attempt(s) are failing, you will need to contact your source payment provider directly to resolve any potential issues. If we are still unable to charge you during this grace period, your account will downgrade to a Free membership.
IMPORTANT: Any tracks which exceed the allotted amount for Free plans are subject for removal once you reach your paid plan's expiration date. This process is automated and there is no predetermined rule as to which tracks are removed. Paid plan features will also no longer be available on the expiration date as well.
