How Do I Restore My Archived Tracks?

Overview:
In this article, you will learn how to restore your archived tracks once you've purchased a paid plan. If your tracks disappeared after downgrading your subscription or archiving them earlier, this guide helps you restore them quickly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Archived tracks cannot be restored on a free trial subscription. You must purchase and subscribe to the full plan to restore all of your archived tracks. 

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Go to the Tracks section of your BeatStars Studio: 
    https://studio.beatstars.com/content/tracks/uploaded
  2. Click on the "Restore Tracks" tab here to restore all of your archived tracks:

 

  1. Depending on your catalogue size, you may need to wait a few moments or refresh the page for your tracks to appear.

Troubleshooting:

Nothing happens when I click Restore:

  • Refresh the page and try again

  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser

IMPORTANT NOTE: You may need to restore any licenses that may have been archived by selecting "Archived" under "Status": https://studio.beatstars.com/contracts/tracks
