How to find your Subscription, Promote or Beat ID invoices

Overview

This guide shows you how to view and download invoices for BeatStars services such as Subscriptions, Promote, and BeatID directly from Studio.

Important note

Only successful payments generate invoices. VOIDED or FAILURE transactions won’t show an invoice.

Go to the Finance section of your BeatStars Studio.
Click "Activities" to view your recent transactions.
Locate the transactions that show the status "SUCCESS" for Subscriptions, Promote, or BeatID.
To download your invoice from the transaction list, hover over the transaction row and click "Download invoice".
To view your invoice, click on the three dots "..." then "View invoice".
From the invoice screen, you can also download the invoice as a PDF.
