How do I Delete a Track?

Overview

This article explains how to permanently delete a track from your BeatStars profile and Pro Page. Deleting a track is useful if you uploaded the wrong file, created a duplicate, or no longer want the track available to listeners or buyers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting a track is permanent and cannot be undone. This will remove the track from your profile, Pro Page, and store listings. If you only need to update the audio, artwork, or details, consider editing the track instead.

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Log in to your BeatStars Studio.

2. In your BeatStars Studio navigate to the Tracks section. 

   

3. Click the 3 dots below or to the far right of the desired beat, then the "Delete" option of the track you want to delete.
   
    
4. In the Delete Track pop-up, click the "Delete" button.
   

Troubleshooting: 

• Track is still visible in search after deletion - Refresh your window, and if you still see it visible, please contact support. 

• Delete button not showing - Check that you’re in the correct menu.
