How Do I Remove My License(s) From Studio?

    Overview

    In this article, you will learn how to archive contracts in BeatStars Studio. Archiving lets you remove contracts from active use without permanently deleting them, and you can restore them later if needed. You’ll also learn how to filter your view to show only published contracts.

    Important note

    You cannot permanently delete contracts; however, you can archive them to remove them from your view or restore them later.

    Step-by-step Guide

    1. Log into BeatStars Studio here.

    2. Click on "Contracts".

    3. Find the contract you want to archive and click the three dots (⋯) to the right of that contract to select "Archive".

    4. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click "Archive" again to confirm.

    Your contract is now archived and will no longer appear as an active option, but it can be restored later if needed.

    How to View Only "Published" Contracts

    If you want to focus only on your active/published contracts, follow the instructions below to filter the list to show only contracts that are currently published and available.

    1. On the same page (https://studio.beatstars.com/contracts/tracks), click "Status" at the top.

    2. From the dropdown, select "Published".
