Where can I find guest purchases and download my purchased content?

Overview

In this article, you will see how to find the receipt page and download your content for purchases you have made whilst not logged into your account (guest purchases) 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Guest purchase order reference numbers will start with BSGUEST, PROGUEST or SNDGUEST, which will be present on the receipt page at the point of purchase and also emailed to the email address you have provided upon checkout. 

Step-by-step Guide:

  1. Once you have placed an order, you will be presented with the page below. If you click on the "view my files" button, this will take you straight to your receipt page.

 

2. Your receipt page will look like the example below:

 

If you scroll down on this page, this will take you to the purchased files at the bottom of the page, where you can select the relevant download option. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have accidentally shut the purchase window, you will receive an email containing a link to the marketplace receipt. Please see the steps below on how to locate your purchased content, making sure you are NOT logged into your account and/or using an incognito browser. 

 

  1. Navigate to your email inbox related to the email address you provided during the checkout process, and you should have received an email containing a receipt. When you open this email, you will see the below, which will show you a "download files" option.

 

2. Click on the download files button, which will then take you to the page below, where you will need to enter the email address you have provided upon checkout.

Once you have entered the email address exactly as you provided it on checkout, this will take you directly to the receipt page, where you can complete your download. 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are still unable to locate your content, this could mean that there was a typo upon checkout, and your email address may have been entered slightly differently.
