How do I download sold content from a transaction receipt in Studio?

Overview

In this article, you’ll learn how to download sold content from your transaction receipt in BeatStars Studio. You can use the Sales section in Studio to search for a transaction by invoice ID or track title, then download the purchased files from the receipt page.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in and navigate to your BeatStars Studio. 
    
2. In the left-side menu, go to Performance, Sales, then click Transactions. 
    
3. Search for the transaction using the BeatStars invoice ID or the track title. 
   
   IMPORTANT NOTE: If you search by track title, the results will show transactions that contain that sold track. 
   
    
4. Find the correct transaction in the results and click the BeatStars invoice ID hyperlink to open the transaction receipt page. 
    
5. On the receipt page, scroll down to the Items section.
    

6. From here, you can download the purchased content available for that transaction. This may include the License, MP3 file, WAV file, or Track Stems file. 
   
   IMPORTANT NOTE: You can also view the download history for the purchased content from the transaction receipt page. The download history can help you confirm where and when the content was downloaded, including the IP address used for the download.
