How do I export the emails I’ve collected?

    Overview

    In this article, you will learn how to export the email addresses you have collected from customers. Please see the following instructions.

    Step-by-step Guide

    1. Log into your BeatStars account, and visit the Sales section of your BeatStars Studio.

    2. Select the "Customers" tab from the top.

    3. Use the dropdown filters in this section to filter the results by your desired parameters.

      Important note

      For Free Download emails, please ensure you select "Downloads" in the dropdown menu. Email addresses can only be captured for Free Downloads if/when you have email capture enabled in the Free license's settings. Please also note that Free Downloads in exchange for social media follows will not capture email addresses.

    4. Click the "Export csv" button to download your list of email addresses.
