Overview:
This article focuses on how to properly use each Collab Club model and its outputs in your music production. This guide will walk you through the key steps to ensure compliance with our additional licensing terms, along with important contact information for the Collab Club producers. Following these steps ensures that you respect the rights of the producers while making the most of the model's outputs:
Step 1: Understand Ownership Rights:
Each model is royalty-free for online beat leasing and small independent releases, but if your song, which includes outputs from any model, reaches over 1 million streams or is picked up by a major record label, you must clear the usage and split royalties accordingly.
Step 2: Royalty and Ownership Split
For tracks that reach over 1 million streams or that are picked up by a major record label, 5% of all rights, ownership, title, revenue, and interest in any musical composition created using the outputs goes to the producer of the Collab Club model (listed below). You must ensure proper credit is given to the producer as specified by them.
Step 3: Notify the Producer
You must notify the producer promptly by email, as this will allow for proper registrations and crediting to take place.
Step 4: Follow Designated Credit Protocols
Credit the producer in the manner they have specified. This may include details such as their name, production title, or any specific wording they request.
If you have any questions or need to notify the producer about significant milestones, please reach out to them directly using the contact information below:
