How to Sell Mixing & Mastering and Other Services

Overview

In this article, you will learn how to sell Mixing & Mastering and other services on BeatStars. Please see the following instructions.
 

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Log in to your BeatStars Account.
    
2. Visit the Services section of your account.
    
3. Create a new Service by clicking the blue plus button.
   
   
    
4. Within the “Service Metadata Editor” page, enter your "SERVICE TITLE".
   
   
    
5. Set the "PRICING TYPE" for the service as either “Fixed Rate” or “Customer Inquiry
   Required”. If you choose “Fixed Rate” as the pricing type, enter the "PRICE" for the service.
   
   
    

6. Add 3 "TAGS" to the Service, select the service "CATEGORY", and enter a Service "DESCRIPTION". You will need to add a minimum of three Service tags.
   
   

    

7. Add your "Service artwork" by either uploading an image or creating new artwork in Canva.
   
   
   
    

8. If you’d like to add any collaborators to your Service, you can do so using the “Add collaborator” button in the :"Collaborators" section near the bottom of the page.

   

   IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you add Collaborators, please make sure that you & your Collaborators meet the requirements below:

   • You must be the "Primary Contributor" to add Collaborators.
   • Make sure you Follow each other.
   • Your collaborator has to be a BeatStars registered member and subscribed to at least a Free subscription account.
   • They need to have their PayPal account properly set up and connected to BeatStars for beat sales.

   • You can only add up to five (5) collaborators per service.

      

9. Click the “Save changes” button in the bottom right-hand of the page when finished.
