In this article, you will learn how to close your account on BeatStars. If you are experiencing any issues that are leading you to close your account, please contact us first to see if we can help resolve them.
Please note that closing your account does not delete your data or remove any content from our publishing programs. If you wish to proceed with a Publishing Termination or Data Deletion request, you will need to contact support@beatstars.com.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Before closing your account, please see the following help article and ensure to cancel your subscription first: How do I cancel my paid subscription?
- You will not be able to cancel your subscription once your account has been closed/disabled.
- If you have not cancelled your plan before your billing date and funds are outstanding, please note that we will continue to attempt to collect these funds for the next 7 days. Closing your account will not stop this collection attempt.

Log into your BeatStars account.

Navigate to your Account Settings and click "Subscription".

Click the three dots next to "Manage payment methods," then select "Close Account".
