If you locked yourself out due to too many failed login attempts, you will need to wait at least 4 hours for security reasons before you can try again. When doing so, please ensure to use the correct username and password.
If you are using a social media account to log in, failed attempts would suggest credential changes with your social media account preventing our system from recognizing it when logging in. In this case, we also suggest using your BeatStars username and password to log into your BeatStars account as your social media attempts will continue to fail.

IMPORTANT: When using the "Forgot Password" option, please ensure you are checking your inbox and spam/junk folder for the latest reset link. It may take up to 24 hours to send you the reset link. Clicking "Forgot Password" multiple times will lead to multiple reset links and all old links will fail except for the latest link.
