What if I have a question about a license or product purchase?

Please note that producers fully manage their own licenses, content, sales, and client communication.  BeatStars does not manage this on behalf of users.

Please feel free to contact the producer(s) directly regarding any inquiries/concerns.  You may use the Message button and social media links (if any) within their BeatStars profile page(s), or the email address(es) within your transaction receipt if you made a purchase to contact the producer(s) directly.

IMPORTANT:  Each producer fully operates as their own business entity, and BeatStars support is not able to speak on their behalf as we do not own legal rights to their material.  If you have any questions or concerns with your purchase, please resolve it directly with the producer.
