In this article, we will provide a comprehensive guide on how to upload and publish a Sound Kit for sale on the BeatStars Marketplace as well as on your personal Pro Page. Step-by-step Guide

From your BeatStars Studio, navigate to Sound Kits section and click 'Add Sound Kit' to get started.
- First, click the 'Upload File' button to upload your Sound Kit file.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The file type must be a ZIP or RAR. You can upload it directly from your computer, a URL link, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Next, click the 'Add Preview Audio' button to upload your desired sample file for buyers to listen to. You can choose to add multiple preview audios.

After you have uploaded your desired files, you can then click the "Next Step" button to progress to the next page.

On the Basic Info tab, you can change the information about your Sound Kit that will be visible on your Marketplace or Pro Page.
6. Set customisation
- Artwork: Change the artwork by clicking 'Edit Artwork' to upload a file or create one in Canva.
- Title: Choose a name for your Sound Kit.
- Type: Select the type of Sound Kit you are selling.
- Release Date: Schedule a future release date, or leave it as today's date for immediate availability.

Description (optional): Add a description of the Sound Kit. This will appear on the track page to provide more information about the beat for potential buyers.
7. Finally, you can set the visibility of the Sound Kit:
- Private: if you only want your kit to be visible to you.
- Public: if you want your kit to be visible to everyone on Marketplace & Pro Page.

Unlisted: if you want your kit to be visible only to those you send the link to.
8. Click 'Next Step' when you are finished.
9. In the Metadata tab, enter up to three tags to help identify your Sound Kit in searches, and specify the 'Number of Sounds' included in your kit.
Once the tags and number of sounds have been added click 'Next Step'.
10. On the 'Pricing' page, you can select the license and adjust the price of your Sound Kit.
Click on 'Next Step' once you are satisfied with your selected license and price.
11. If you worked with others on the Sound kit, add your collaborators by searching for their names or email addresses. You can set profit shares to split the earnings from sales on BeatStars and enter publishing percentages as well.
12. Once you have completed all the steps above, click 'Publish' to publish your Sound Kit to BeatStars.
