In this article, you will learn how to downgrade your subscription plan. Please note free plans are not available for new users, and can only be downgraded from a paid subscription.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- When you downgrade, charges are adjusted on a pro-rated basis for the remaining time on your current subscription.
- The downgrade will take effect at the end of your billing period.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please finalise any subscription changes at least 3 business days before your renewal date.
Step-by-step Guide:
- Visit the Subscription page in your account settings.
- Click the "Manage subscription" button.
- Select the plan type you will be downgrading to.
- Click the "Checkout" button.
