How do I Downgrade my Subscription Plan?

In this article, you will learn how to downgrade your subscription plan. Please note free plans are not available for new users, and can only be downgraded from a paid subscription.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. When you downgrade, charges are adjusted on a pro-rated basis for the remaining time on your current subscription.
2. The downgrade will take effect at the end of your billing period.
3. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please finalise any subscription changes at least 3 business days before your renewal date.

Step-by-step Guide:

1. Visit the Subscription page in your account settings.
   
   
2. Click the "Manage subscription" button.
   
   
   
3. Select the plan type you will be downgrading to.
   
   
4. Click the "Checkout" button.
