How Do I Connect My Voloco Account With BeatStars?

In this article, you will learn how to connect your Voloco account with BeatStars, to access your purchased beats directly within the Voloco app. This will give you the ability to record on your purchased beats within Voloco, without the need to export or import from either app.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into the BeatStars app.

  2. Access the main menu via the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen, and click the "Connect" option under the "Access your purchases in Voloco" banner.

    Note: Alternatively, you can access the account connection from your Account Settings.image-20240215-123540.png

  3. Confirm that you have read the BeatStars Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click the "Connect Voloco account" button.

  4. BeatStars will then validate if the Voloco app is downloaded on your device.
    1. If you don't have the Voloco app downloaded, you will be redirected to the relevant app store (iOS or Android).
    2. If you do have the Voloco app downloaded, you will be redirected to the Voloco app to log in or sign up.
  5. Once you've logged in or signed up via the Voloco app, you will be able to check if your account is connected as per the screenshot below.

  6. You can come back to this screen at any time via the Voloco account section to either check the connection status or disconnect your account. You will be prompted with a confirmation pop-up if you wish to disconnect your account.

  7. If you choose to disconnect your account, you can reconnect them at any time by going back to the first step.
