Overview

In this article, you will learn how to report a user on the BeatStars Marketplace. Below are the steps to take to address inappropriate behaviour or violations of the BeatStars Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.

Step-by-step Guide

  1. Navigate to the profile of the user you want to report.

  2. On the user’s profile or next to their content, click on the three dots.

  3. From the dropdown menu, click “Report”.

  4. Select the reason that best describes the issue.
    Reasons include:
    ■ Harassment and cyberbullying
    ■ Violent or repulsive content
    ■ Hate speech or violence
    ■ Copyright Infringement
    ■ Unwanted commercial content or spam
    ■ Other

  5. Provide additional details in the optional text box to clarify the issue. You can also click “Back” to reselect your reason for the report.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Use the text box to be specific and include detailed information in your report to help the team understand the issue clearly.

  6. Click “Report” to send your report to the BeatStars team for review.

What Happens After You Report a User?

● The platform’s moderation team will review your report and investigate the matter.

● If the reported user is found in violation of BeatStars’ policies, appropriate action will be taken.

● You may not receive updates on the resolution due to privacy policies but rest assured that every report is treated seriously.

● Only report users for legitimate reasons to maintain the integrity of the reporting system.
