In this article, you will learn how to report a user on the BeatStars Marketplace. Below are the steps to take to address inappropriate behaviour or violations of the BeatStars Terms of Service and Code of Conduct.
Step-by-step Guide
- Navigate to the profile of the user you want to report.
- On the user’s profile or next to their content, click on the three dots.
- From the dropdown menu, click “Report”.
- Select the reason that best describes the issue.
Reasons include:
■ Harassment and cyberbullying
■ Violent or repulsive content
■ Hate speech or violence
■ Copyright Infringement
■ Unwanted commercial content or spam
■ Other
- Provide additional details in the optional text box to clarify the issue. You can also click “Back” to reselect your reason for the report.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Use the text box to be specific and include detailed information in your report to help the team understand the issue clearly.
- Click “Report” to send your report to the BeatStars team for review.
What Happens After You Report a User?
● The platform’s moderation team will review your report and investigate the matter.
● If the reported user is found in violation of BeatStars’ policies, appropriate action will be taken.
● You may not receive updates on the resolution due to privacy policies but rest assured that every report is treated seriously.

● Only report users for legitimate reasons to maintain the integrity of the reporting system.
