Overview
If your uploaded track plays on the Marketplace/Pro Page without your voice tag, this guide can help you identify the cause and fix it quickly.
Common Cause
You may have uploaded an untagged audio file into the track’s Preview Track (Tagged) section.
When a file is present here, it overrides the auto-generated tagged preview created from your Track Preferences and default Voice Tag once the song is published.
The Preview Track (Tagged) section is only for a file that already has your voice tag embedded in the audio at your chosen positions. It is not for uploading the tag file by itself or uploading an untagged beat.
Solution
If you do not have an audio file with your voice tag already embedded into it, please do not upload a file in the Preview Track (Tagged) section.
You also have the option to remove the file in the track's "Edit" page if you uploaded a file there already to republish the track to auto-generate the tagged audio file.
