Why don't I hear my voice tag?

Overview

This article is to troubleshoot the issue of not hearing your voice tag on your uploaded track. Please see the cause of and solution to this issue below.

Common cause

If by any chance you uploaded an untagged file in the "Tagged Beat" or "Tagged Song" section of the affected track(s) edit page(s), this could be why. This file will override our encoded version from your Selling Preferences.

Please note that the "Tagged Beat" or "Tagged Song" section is designed to upload your beat/song with your voice tag already embedded into the track at your desired locations, and not an untagged file. This section is not designed for uploading your voice tag only or uploading an untagged version of your beat/song. This section is specifically for uploading your beat/song with your voice tag embedded into it.

Solution

If you do not have a beat/song file with your voice tag already embedded into it, please do not upload a file in the "Tagged Beat" or "Tagged Song" section. You also have the option to remove the file in the track's edit page if you uploaded a file here already.
