Overview:
This article will guide you through the process of making edits to a track you have already uploaded to BeatStars. Follow the detailed instructions below to successfully update your track information.
Step-by-step Guide
- First, log in to your BeatStars Studio account. Once logged in, navigate to the Tracks section within your account dashboard. This is where all your uploaded tracks are listed and managed.
- Next, locate the specific track you want to edit. Click on the three vertical dots (also known as the options menu) associated with that track. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the "Edit" option to begin making changes.
- After selecting "Edit," you will be taken to the Track Editor page. Here, you have the ability to modify various aspects of your track. This includes changing the audio files, updating the basic information such as title and description, editing metadata details, adjusting contract terms, and managing collaborators who are associated with the track.
- Once you have made all the desired edits and are satisfied with the changes, you can proceed by clicking the "Publish" button. This action will update your track with the new information and make it available according to your settings.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please take the time to carefully review all of your settings before publishing your track. Ensure that every detail, including metadata and any required assets, is correctly provided and set according to your preferences. Keep in mind that the system will not allow you to publish the track unless all mandatory metadata fields and assets are completed and uploaded.
