Overview
Once you have collected an email address from a customer, whether it is in exchange for a free download or as part of a completed sale, you will be able to access that email address through multiple channels. First, the email will be available within your connected email marketing integration, allowing you to easily manage and engage with your audience through your preferred marketing platform. Additionally, you can also find the email address directly within your BeatStars Studio Sales section, where all sales-related information is organized. This dual accessibility ensures that you can efficiently track and communicate with your customers, helping to enhance your marketing efforts and maintain strong customer relationships.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are not populating a customer list from free download, please ensure you have selected the correct exchange "emails" for Free Downloads option for your beats.
Step-by-Step Guide:

Log into your BeatStars account.
- On the side menu within BeatStars Studio, click the Sales.
Then, select the "Customers" tab.

Use the Platforms filter to choose where the email came from.

Use the Events filter to view the specific list you need.
Purchases - emails collected from paid orders
Downloads - emails collected from free downloads
Email List Signups - emails from your opt-in contact forms

Voloco - customers who created Voloco recordings of your beats
- You can also export your Customer list by selecting "Export CSV", which will provide the list in a CSV format.
