Refund Policy

In accordance with our Terms of Service, BeatStars is not responsible for issuing any refunds that may result from transactions on the BeatStars platform.

All transactions made through BeatStars are subject to BeatStars's return policy in effect at the time of purchase. Currently, BeatStars's return policy is not to offer any refunds for subscriptions or products purchased through BeatStars, except in our sole and absolute discretion.

Additionally, BeatStars is not responsible for any fraudulent payments, unfulfilled payments, and the like. On a case-by-case basis, we may issue a reimbursement for unintentional charges caused by internal error. If you believe you were unintentionally charged, please submit a ticket to our Support team
