In this article we set out the Copyright Infringement Policy.

As a strong advocate for the protection of intellectual property rights, BeatStars prohibits any form of copyright infringement. Any sampling or use of another person’s intellectual property, including but not limited to public performance rights, reproduction rights, mechanical rights, synchronization rights, digital performance rights in sound recordings, publishing rights, master rights, or any other legal rights without direct written permission from the rightful owner(s) is strictly prohibited.

Please be aware that our 3-Strikes Policy for Repeat Infringers may result in actions taken against your account, up to and including account termination without prior notice or a refund. You, as the user, are fully responsible for any legal consequences that may arise. BeatStars Inc. holds no liability for copyright infringement or any unlawful activities carried out by members and/or visitors to our website. This includes but is not limited to civil lawsuits, criminal lawsuits, or any financial or other damages that may result from such actions.
