  6. Set the daily budget you would like to spend on your campaign by either moving the slider or inputting the value manually.

  7. Select a bid amount based on what you are willing to spend per CPM (1000 impressions). For more information on how bidding works, please see the following article: How Does Bidding Work On Promote

  8. Set a start date and duration for your campaign.
    • The default start date will be the day your campaign is set-up.
    • The duration will default to 7 days. You can select anywhere between 1 and 30 days to run your campaign if you select an end date.
    • You can also set your campaign to run continuously if you want to begin and pause your ad manually.
    • You can select a start date in the future if you would like to schedule your campaign in advance.
    • Remember to check your campaign overview to see how much you will be charged up front for the campaign.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Campaigns are now invoiced immediately upon creation. For campaigns with a fixed start and end date, you must pay the cost up front. For continuous campaigns, you will be invoiced your daily budget at the start of the day on a daily basis. If you want to account for your total spend, running a continuous campaign will give you the most flexibility based on when you start and stop your campaigns manually.

  9. Select your targeting option.
    1. Global Audience will automatically target an audience most likely to engage with your ad.

    2. Creating a custom audience will allow you to select up to 3 keywords, 3 locations, or both in order to define where your ad is more likely to get shown.
