In this article, you will learn how to cancel scheduled or active promotion campaigns. Please see the following instructions.
Step-by-step Guide
Log into your BeatStars Account.
Visit the Promote section of your BeatStars Studio.
Click the 3 dots to the right of the campaign you wish to cancel.
From the dropdown that appears, select the “End campaign” option.
You will be prompted to confirm your decision to end the campaign. Click the "Yes, cancel campaign" button to cancel your promote campaign.
