Overview
In this article, you will learn how to cancel scheduled or active promotion campaigns. Please see the following instructions.
Step-by-step Guide:
- Log into your BeatStars Account.
- Visit the Promote section of your BeatStars Studio.
- Click the 3 dots to the right of the campaign you wish to cancel.
- From the dropdown that appears, select the “End campaign” option.
- You will be prompted to confirm your decision to end the campaign. Click the "Yes, cancel campaign" button to cancel your promote campaign.
