Overview
In this article, you will learn what steps to take when you or your customer receive a beat with a voice tag attached.
Producers fully manage their own licenses, content, and sales. It is fairly common in the industry for producers to tag files for certain licenses, BeatStars does not manage this. Generally, producers only have the Exclusive files untagged per their discretion.
If your license stated that files will be untagged, please contact the producer directly regarding any comments or inquiries/concerns. You can do this by:

Using the Message button on the producer’s BeatStars profile page.

Clicking on the producer’s social media links (if provided on their profile).

Using the email address from your receipt page (sent after you’ve completed a purchase).
