In this article, you will learn what steps to take when you or your customer receive a beat with a voice tag attached.
Producers fully manage their own licenses, content, and sales. It is fairly common in the industry for producers to tag files for certain licenses, BeatStars does not manage this. Generally, producers only have the Exclusive files untagged per their discretion.
If your license stated that files will be untagged, please contact the producer directly regarding any comments or inquiries/concerns. You may use the Message button and social media links (if any) within their BeatStars profile page, or the email address within your transaction receipt to contact the producer(s) directly.
