What if I can’t pay my subscription fee on my billing date?

If we are unable to charge your source payment method on your billing date, you will have a short 7-day grace period to resolve any issues with your source payment method.  Please note that changing your payment method during this 7-day grace period may not work and you may need to resolve any potential issues with your original source payment method in order to renew your subscription. 

If you have any questions regarding why your payment attempt(s) are failing, you will need to contact your source payment provider directly to resolve any potential issues.
