We are committed to being transparent about our billing practices and ensuring customers understand their purchase decisions. All subscription plans are non-refundable, meaning that once a subscription is purchased, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including partial or unused time within the billing period. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Users are automatically charged until they properly cancel their subscription prior to their billing period. If you were charged, this indicates you have not properly cancelled your subscription prior to your billing period. To avoid further payments, you will need to click "Cancel Subscription" via the Subscription section of your account at least 3 business days prior to your next renewal date. All subscription payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
