Solution
If the negotiation is coming from your Pro Page or Blaze players, these are direct negotiations via email and will not populate in your BeatStars account.
Any offers via your Pro Page and Blaze players are not processed through our system and you will need to manage the negotiation, payment, and file delivery manually on your side with your client.
We suggest directing your customer to your track on our Marketplace and have them make the offer through our Marketplace so that the negotiation, payment, and files can be processed through our system if you wish for the negotiation to be managed through your BeatStars account.
