Why is the transaction status listed as Voided Or Cancelled Or Refunded?
Unfortunately, this transaction status indicates that the purchase attempt failed. There could be a number of reasons why the purchase attempt failed, including:
- An error with the buyer's payment method
- Fraud block by PayPal or the buyer's payment provider
- Insufficient funds
- One or more producer's personal PayPal account(s) is not set up to accept international currency
- An issue on PayPal's side
Is BeatStars able to assist with completing the transaction?
